The Strategic Plan is the key guiding document for the Haumoana School Board and sets out the vision, ambition, objectives, and targets to achieve the objectives of the National Education and Learning Priorities (NELPs) and the Board's own priorities. The Board determines the priorities in partnership with the community and key stakeholders- all of our parents and caregivers (including whānau and tamariki māori), the tamariki as a whole, and the staff.

The NELPS are government priorities and are a legal requirement from the Education and training Act 2020. More information about the NELPS can be accessed here.
